Actifed Syrup - 100ml

Actifed tablets provide fast acting relief of upper respiratory tract disorders including blocked nose, allergic rhinitis, the common cold and influenza.

It contains ingredients which works in two ways: An antihistamine action to relieve the symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing and a drying action to relieve other symptoms of colds, flu and hayfever such as runny noses and watery eyes.

You Must Be Aged Over 18 Years to Purchase This Product. Maximum order quantity of two packets per order.

Instructions

How to use:

Adults and children 12 years and over:

10 ml every 4-6 hours, up to four times a day.

Children 6 - 12 years:

5 ml every 4-6 hours, up to three times a day.

Maximum daily dose: 15ml syrup.

Use only when simple measures have failed to provide adequate relief.

Use for more than 5 consecutive days is not recommended .

Children under 6 years:

Not recommended.

Warnings

• Do not use if hypersensitive to ingredients.
• Use with caution in moderate hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, severe hepatic impairment or moderate renal impairment, elevated intraoccular pressure or prostatic enlargement.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Consult doctor or pharmacist before use in pregnancy.

Side Effects

May cause difficulty sleeping, dry mouth, blurred vision and drowsiness
