Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your OnlinePharmacy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
