Daktarin Powder Original is a medicated talc that provides effective treatment for fungal skin infections. It is particularly effective where drying, reducing the skin’s moisture, is required.

It may also be used for treating fungal infections like nappy rash and intertrigo.

For optimal healing results, continue to use Daktarin powder for up to 10 days after the symptoms have started to clear.

Instructions

How to use Daktarin Original Powder:

• Adults and children should apply twice daily for up to 10 days after all signs of infection have disappeared.
• Dust inside articles of clothing in contact with the affected area.

Warnings

Caution when using Daktarin Original Powder:

• Do not allow to enter eyes, nose or other body orifices.
• Do not use on hair, nails or broken skin.

Side Effects

Possible side effects of using Daktarin Original Powder:

There are no known contraindications. Occasionally some itching or a burning sensation occurs, particularly if the skin is raw. If severe irritation or other signs of an allergic reaction occur, discontinue treatment and consult your pharmacist or doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes.
