Ideos Calcium and Vitamin D Chewable Tablets - 60 Pack

Ideos is a chewable tablet containing calcium and vitamin D. Each tablet contains 500mg calcium and 400iu vitamin D3. Ideos can be used to treat Vitamin D or calcium deficiency, or in conditions such as osteoporosis where there is a risk of deficiancy of vitamin D or calcium.

How to take

• The usual dose is two tablets per day. However, your doctor may advise you to take less than this if necessary

  Chew the tablet completely before swallowing.Then drink a glass of water.

Warnings

• Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients

• Diseases and/or conditions resulting in hypercalcaemia and/or hypercalciuria

• Severe renal impairment

• Renal calculi

• Hypervitaminosis D

Side Effects

Rare reports of : constipation, diarrhoea, heartburn, rash.
