Irish Botanica Peace & Calm is a traditional herbal medicinal product used in adults for the relief of symptoms of mild mental stress & to aid sleep. Each 5ml of oral liquid contains 2ml of tincture from dried valerian root (1:2). Also includes purified water, liquid liquorice extract, sweet orange oil, lemon oil, coriander oil, star anise oil, ethanol and sucrose. 

Adults & the elderly

-For the symptomatic relief of mild mental stress: Take one 5ml spoonful three times a day with water or fruit juice if desired
-To aid sleep: Take one 5ml spoonful 30 minutes before bedtime with an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.  

Cautionvit

Do not exceed the stated dose. Maximum daily dose: Four single doses.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. This product contains ethanol. Harmful for people suffering from alcoholism. If symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
